In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and f32vip. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from registering an Account.
These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms that may apply to specific Services. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific game rules or promotional terms, the specific terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
f32vip reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the Services provided by f32vip. This age requirement aligns with Indonesian legal standards for participation in gaming activities. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. f32vip reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in Account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.
f32vip services are intended for residents of Indonesia. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and during your use of the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. f32vip does not accept Players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Each Player is permitted to register only one Account on the f32vip Platform. Creating multiple Accounts, duplicate Accounts, or using another person's Account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. f32vip employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify multiple Account registrations, and any Player found to have created duplicate Accounts will have all Accounts closed and funds forfeited.
f32vip is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gaming. As part of our compliance obligations, we require all Players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide the following documents upon request:
All submitted documents must be clear, legible, and show all required information. f32vip typically processes verification requests within 1-24 hours during business hours. Until your Account is fully verified, withdrawal processing may be delayed or restricted. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information at any time to satisfy our compliance requirements.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username, password, and any other security credentials. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to immediately notify f32vip if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. You are responsible for regularly reviewing your Account activity, transaction history, and balance. Any discrepancies, errors, or unauthorized transactions must be reported to f32vip customer support within 14 days of the transaction date. Failure to report discrepancies within this timeframe may limit our ability to investigate and resolve the issue.
f32vip reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close your Account at any time if we suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, bonus abuse, collusion with other Players, use of automated betting software, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of our Platform. During any investigation, your Account may be temporarily frozen, and deposits or withdrawals may be suspended until the investigation concludes.
f32vip accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and other major Indonesian banks; e-wallet transfers through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja; and international payment cards including Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not charge currency conversion fees for IDR transactions.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for all payment methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account status, with VIP members enjoying higher limits. Standard deposits via Indonesian banks and e-wallets are typically processed within 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may experience delays up to 24 hours.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your f32vip Account are obtained from legitimate sources and are not derived from criminal activity. f32vip reserves the right to request proof of funds or source of wealth documentation for large deposits or patterns of activity that raise compliance concerns.
You are responsible for ensuring deposit details are entered correctly. f32vip cannot be held liable for deposits sent to incorrect account numbers or using incorrect payment references. If you initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction with your bank or payment provider, f32vip reserves the right to immediately suspend your Account, reverse any associated bonuses or winnings, and pursue recovery of funds and administrative costs through appropriate legal channels.
Before processing your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name matching your verified Account details. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 24 hours from the time of request. VIP members enjoy expedited processing: Gold tier members receive withdrawals within 6 hours, Platinum tier within 3 hours, and Diamond tier members receive instant processing. Processing times represent f32vip's internal handling time; additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to credit your account.
All withdrawals are subject to internal security and compliance checks. f32vip reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if we require additional documentation, if suspicious activity is detected, or if we need to conduct enhanced verification procedures. You will be notified via email if any additional information is required.
To prevent money laundering and fraudulent activity, all deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x rollover) before withdrawal. This means you must place bets totaling at least the amount of your deposit before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits that have not met minimum wagering requirements may be subject to administrative fees or withdrawal restrictions. Additional wagering requirements apply to bonus funds as detailed in Section 7.
f32vip does not charge fees for withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own receiving fees which are beyond our control. International withdrawals or withdrawals in currencies other than IDR may be subject to processing fees and currency conversion charges.
f32vip offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions which are clearly stated in the promotional materials and must be read carefully before claiming any offer. General bonus terms apply unless otherwise specified in promotion-specific terms.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are 30 times (30x) the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus requires Rp 30,000,000 in total bets before bonus winnings become withdrawable. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, sports betting contributes based on odds criteria, and some games may be excluded entirely from wagering contributions.
Bonuses are intended for recreational Players and normal gaming activity. The following constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting with other Players to guarantee wins, placing opposite bets across multiple Accounts, exploiting system errors or game malfunctions, irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and any other activity that f32vip determines in its sole discretion to be abusive or fraudulent.
f32vip reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close Accounts of Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse. Players suspected of bonus abuse may have their Accounts investigated, which may result in temporary freezing of funds pending investigation completion.
Unclaimed bonuses expire according to the time limits stated in the promotion terms. Active bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited if you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering. f32vip may cancel or modify promotional offers at any time without prior notice, though existing bonuses already credited to Player Accounts will generally be honored according to their original terms.
All games available on the f32vip Platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other certified providers. Each game operates according to its own specific rules and payout structures, which are accessible through the game information or help section. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets.
All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that undergo regular testing and auditing by independent testing laboratories. f32vip does not control or influence game outcomes in any way. Results are determined solely by the RNG or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical actions of the dealer and game equipment.
Players must engage in fair and honest gaming activity. The following activities are prohibited and constitute serious breaches of these Terms: using automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools; exploiting system errors, bugs, or malfunctions for personal gain; colluding with other Players to gain unfair advantages; using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods; engaging in chip dumping, match fixing, or any other form of manipulation; and using inside information or engaging in arbitrage betting across multiple platforms.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, incorrect odds display, or technical failure, all affected bets and game results will be void. f32vip will credit affected Players' Accounts with their original stake amounts but will not honor any winnings resulting from the malfunction. Players must immediately report any suspected game malfunction to customer support rather than attempting to exploit it.
In addition to specific prohibitions stated elsewhere in these Terms, the following activities are strictly forbidden on the f32vip Platform:
Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.
f32vip strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may experience downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control. f32vip will not be liable for any losses incurred due to service interruptions, and Players acknowledge that online gaming involves inherent technical risks.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, f32vip's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by that Player in the three months preceding the claim. f32vip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
The Platform integrates with third-party payment processors, game providers, and other service providers. f32vip is not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures caused by these third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions, and f32vip disclaims all liability for third-party service performance.
You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose money. Gaming should be treated as entertainment, not as a way to make money. f32vip provides responsible gaming tools to help Players manage their activity, but ultimately you are responsible for your own gaming behavior and financial decisions.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Once an Account is closed, it cannot be reopened, and you will need to register a new Account if you wish to use f32vip services again in the future (subject to compliance with our single-Account policy).
f32vip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, in our sole discretion. Common reasons for Account termination include breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, creating multiple Accounts, failure to complete KYC verification, extended periods of Account inactivity, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the Platform or other Players.
Upon Account termination, your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked. If your Account is closed in good standing (no Terms violations), any remaining balance will be returned to you following completion of any pending investigations or compliance reviews. If your Account is closed due to Terms violations, f32vip reserves the right to forfeit any balance, bonuses, or winnings and to pursue recovery of any costs or damages incurred.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of f32vip services, you must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our customer support team via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. Please provide detailed information about your complaint including relevant Account details, transaction references, and any supporting documentation.
Our support team will investigate your complaint and provide a response within 5 business days for standard issues or within 14 business days for complex matters requiring detailed investigation. If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate your complaint by requesting review by our senior management team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaint procedure, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English language, and each party shall bear their own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which f32vip is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. Players agree that by using the Platform, they submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, f32vip may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, enforce these Terms, or prevent ongoing harm to the Platform or other Players.
f32vip reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Material changes may be communicated to Players via email or Platform notification, but it is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.
Your continued use of the Platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.
